1.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the 7batbd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 7batbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

1.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on 7batbd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7batbd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

1.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

1.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 7batbd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7batbd shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

1.5 Prohibited Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the 7batbd platform or who have been excluded by the platform are not permitted to register new accounts or access the platform in any capacity. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7batbd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change, and 7batbd reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to players.

2.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 7batbd account balance within thirty (30) seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your account. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and account review. 7batbd aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for mobile wallet methods and one (1) to three (3) business days for card-based withdrawals. All withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7batbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing withdrawal funds.

2.4 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your 7batbd account are held for the sole purpose of funding gameplay on the platform. 7batbd does not pay interest on player balances. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

2.5 Currency. All transactions on the 7batbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in an alternative currency, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.

2.6 Fraudulent Transactions. Any attempt to conduct fraudulent, reversed, or disputed payment transactions on 7batbd will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the relevant authorities. 7batbd reserves the right to recover any funds obtained through fraudulent payment activity.

3.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7batbd are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

3.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses awarded by 7batbd are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games that do not contribute to wagering requirements will not count toward bonus clearance.

3.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 7batbd reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting certain promotions by account history, deposit method, or geographic region. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible for any promotional offers.

3.4 Bonus Abuse. 7batbd monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or placing low-risk hedged bets during a bonus period. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7batbd reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending review.

3.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spin credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

4.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games offered on the 7batbd platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcomes of all games are determined independently and are not influenced by 7batbd or any external party.

4.3 Sportsbook Betting. Bets placed on sporting events — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other markets on the 7batbd sportsbook — are subject to the settlement rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of an event postponement, cancellation, or result dispute, 7batbd will apply standard industry settlement procedures. Live in-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the market is closed by the system.

4.4 Bet Errors. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or display error that results in an incorrect odds quotation, 7batbd reserves the right to void any bets placed on erroneous odds and to return the staked amount to the player's account. No liability shall attach to 7batbd for profits arising from manifest error.

4.5 Responsible Gambling in Gameplay. 5.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7batbd platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

1. Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and sportsbook markets.
2. Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your 7batbd account.
3. Money Laundering: Using the 7batbd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment. 7batbd maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
4. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in bad faith after using deposited funds for gameplay.
5. Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 7batbd.
6. Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or operate your account.
7. Underage Access: Attempting to register or access the platform as a person under 21 years of age, or facilitating underage access by any means.

6.1 Intellectual Property. All content on the 7batbd platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces, is the property of 7batbd or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.

6.2 Privacy. 7batbd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 6.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7batbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. 7batbd's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

6.4 Service Availability. 7batbd makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruption. 7batbd shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.

6.5 Amendments to Terms. 7batbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform or by email where practicable. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should cease using the platform and contact support to close their account.

6.6 Governing Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from interpretation, the English-language version shall take precedence.
